Reservation Policy

• Our Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Arrivals before 14:00 hrs is subject to availability unless guaranteed and paid from the previous night.
• All room rates are subject to applicable Government taxes.
• All non guaranteed reservation will be held on a tentative basis; subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter (IF NOT ON OUR CREDIT LIST) or advance deposit.
• If confirmed by you, reservation must be cancelled / amended at least 48hrs prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or cancellation charges. Cancellation should be forwarded in writing to our office.
• Our check-out time is 12:00 noon and please note that 50% of room rent + taxes will be charged in the event of late check out from 14:00 to 18:00 and after 18:00 hrs full night room rent + taxes will be charged.
